Section 18
Arrangements for demanding filling of posts
(1) If any post in the Federal Parliamentary Service becomes vacant, the Secretariat shall notify the Public Service Commission within one month.
(2) When requesting to fill the posts of the federal parliament service, the posts that have become vacant up to that period and the posts that will become vacant due to retirement and promotion within the current financial year can also be requested.
(3) Other arrangements related to demand for filling up of posts shall be as prescribed.
